Yarns: Mainly double knit thickness yarns.
Needles: 7mm circular needle. 6mm or 8mm will also do – the size of the scarf will change accordingly.
Start with 1 st and a longish tail of yarn.
Knit into the front and back of the stitch, cut the yarn leaving a longish tail.
Tie a new yarn to the tail you have just cut, leaving a longish tail. Knit into the front and the back of the 1st and also the 2nd st = 4sts. Cut the yarn leaving a longish tail.
Increase like this in every row. Have a new yarn with a long tail at the beginning and end of the row. Continue until more or less 100sts. Cast off.
Lie the scarf on a flat surface and cut all the tails to even lengths.
Scarf done!
